If you were anticipating the new update, well then you’ll be happy to hear that it’s arrived just in time.
While there’s also been some minor text fixes, like always, we’ve also been anticipating an update for next week that might not happen. There’s been a rumor spread by a Niantic employee claiming to have worked on a Thanksgiving event for the game, however this seems unlikely as the game updates every two weeks.
This doesn’t mean that Niantic won’t just pop out of the blue with the event, however its very unlikely that we’ll see an event until Christmas. If you’ve been enjoying the new updates that have came out within the last month, including source code leaks to Generation 2 Pokemon rumored to be released in December, then let us know in the comment section.
